Taylor Monroe + Co is a holistic business support and systems-building agency based in Toronto. Taylor reached out to us in search of copy that reflected the energy and excitement of this next chapter of her business. We were excited to partner with a fellow industry expert and creative to craft more elevated, clever brand copy to nurture her audience.

Story Arc

With such a big project on our hands, we set off to establish the brand messaging guide first. We met with Taylor to discuss her vision for the rebrand and partnered together to create intentional copy that highlighted her expertise in the industry. Once this was established, we moved on to the website copy and email welcome sequence. More review calls to
follow, naturally.

The Result

It was a labor of love, but once our time together was complete, Taylor had everything she needed to launch her new brand. Taylor was so thrilled to receive copy that reflected her warmth and humor but also was more elevated, too. This truly was a unique project, as our work touched all aspects of her business–from messaging and website copy to social media captions and marketing emails.
