Sarah Russo is a talented chef and foodie entrepreneur based in Chicago. In collaboration with the Upmkt Digital team, Chef Sarah partnered with us for a complete overhaul of her former Salad Club brand, hoping to pique the interests (and taste buds) of the Chicagoans she knew and loved in her latest venture, Plenty Goods. Sarah wanted to transform her Salad Club brand into a brick-and-mortar wellness cafe called Plenty Goods–nestled in Chicago’s West Side neighborhood.
Our team set off on our new mission, working closely with Chef Sarah to ensure her new brand copy was a direct reflection of her one-of-a-kind values. We crafted elevated brand messaging, website copy, and e-commerce emails to bring people together and feast.
It was a team effort for sure, but at the end of our time together, Sarah felt she had the brand messaging she needed to launch her new business with confidence. With nearly 16 pages of website copy done and dusted, the Plenty Goods team now has a stunning brand identity to match their artisanal wellness cafe. There’s lots of joy to be had in this collaboration–plenty of it.
